Welcome to GlobalTravelPhotography.com. We have travelled extensively over the past 20 years and during that time developed a keen interest in amateur travel photography and associated travel planning.
This site is based on some of our favourite travel experiences and the blog has extensive details of our adventures.
As our passion for travel photography developed our trips took on more exotic destinations. From experiencing the wonder of the Norway’s winter Northern Lights to the remote wilderness of Katmai Alaska and its concentration of Brown Bears feeding at the Salmon run, treks to find the Highland Gorillas of Rwanda, experiencing the great migration of the Serengeti, watching the Orangutans and Pigmy Elephants of Borneo, tracking Leopards in Sabi Sands South Africa and Sri Lanka, assisting in Elephant and Tiger rehabilitation camps in Thailand, diving with Sharks and Whales in Hawaii, Manta Rays in the Maldives and then diving the northern continental rift in Iceland in the winter, climbing the glaciers of Patagonia in South America to Giant Loggerhead Turtles nesting and hatching at Bundaberg Australia… and still so many places to go!
Through this website it is our intention to share our passion for travel photography and experiences in both traditional and adventure travel. We feel the best way to help you better enjoy and capture your travel through photography is to share with as many people as possible our incredible experiences (and mistakes) in the hope we can inspire others and help you plan your own amazing travel photography adventures.
